Youth Out Loud
Youth Out Loud is a high energy, student-led worship service that is held at the end of each month during UMYF. It begins with games and challenges then moves on to a meaningful worship experience that includes scripture, music and testimonies which are led by the Youth Worship Team.
Youth Worship Team
The Youth Worship Team is made up of high school and middle school students who coordinate and lead Youth Out Loud each month. The team work together to find the right balance of fun and meaningful worship so their peers will leave with an understanding of God that they might not have had before. If you are interested in learning about the Youth Worship Team, contact Tami Clark at email@example.com.
The Art Cafe is an after school ARTS program that allows students in grades 5-12 to explore their creativity in art, cooking, building, and music. The Art Cafe is a combination coffee house and art studio that is free and open to community. Students gather on Wednesdays from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Limited transportation is available.
The Confirmation Journey includes a series of classes that prepare students (generally 7th & 8th graders) to join the United Methodist Church. Classes begin the first week of February and end on Confirmation Sunday in April each year. Pre-registration is required for this class.
